Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it, so goes one saying. Its all about caution, knowing when to open your mouth and when to shut up and so on and so on. To politicians though, this is a rule that is there to be broken. Its the moment that matters. Its about making the hay while the crowd is still around. They ate the schools money and the maize and now they are constipating and as Emmanuel Juma reports on bulls-eye, those who choose to say what they like are now also being forced to hear what they dont like.

Tony Gachoka says that he had informed Raila about the maize scandal by the PS Isahakia and Omondi in 2008 but the PM never took action. Instead, the PS interdicted Gachoka for insubordination. Why did KACC close the case? Was it on orders from above? Thanks PWC.
