Why were many SNCC members reluctant to join a coalition between the SNCC and the Black Panthers in 1968?

A
Most of their civil rights goals had already been achieved.
B
The Black Panthers were too conservative.
C
The Black Panthers openly supported violence.
D
They preferred the methods of the Nation of Islam.

SNCC was non-violent, while the Panthers were rather the opposite. So…C.
