Thank you TOL for …
Thank you TOL for your fair distribution, warm welcome where MANY eat daily and unrelenting passion to contribute to the health of my people.

More power to the …
More power to the both of you but you need to go after the legitimate threats to our community rather than the legitimate, positive assistance. Ask these churches if they truly believe that our culture is wrong and Jesus is OUR only way. The reason that TOL needs more space is because they are helping MORE. I challenge you to find another group here that affects more households for NOTHING in return.

I would love to see …
I would love to see you focus your energy on the drug dealers at Sunrise Apartments or the alcohol salesmen at Chute 2. What about Gerald Boneshirt who sells our sacred pipes?? Even the Tribe makes frequent calls for the TOL’s assistance. The director and his wife are beautiful people. Talk about a job with little appreciation. Thank you to the Tribe for honoring the TOL at last year’s Rosebud Fair and Wacipi.

For the record. I …
For the record. I NEED to clear The Tree Of Life’s name. I am an enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe here in South Dakota. Alfred and Belva, you can slander anyone else here in Mission. You NEED to get your facts straight before you attack The Tree Of Life. First of all, the red house is owned by a different church. The only vehicle owned by TOL is the red mini van. The others are owned by volunteers who do more for this rez than most of the residents do. To be continued……..

This land should be …
This land should be used by your tribal people not for this. It’s the same where I live there are 7000 people in my community of which about 90 to 95% are Navajo. Of the 5 businesses here they are all owned by anglos.

its easy to claim “your land” when you have no job/no money. My great great great great grandpa will apologizer to your great great great grandpa. The cities in South Dakota are tired of using 85% of their police resources everyday on indian affairs. This is OUR land…yours…mine…everyones.

Man you right, look …
Man you right, look i live in Europe and i can assure you that no one here knows that native Americans live in reservations, at least ordinary people, they think that’s just legends from movies and books. That’s very sad, once you own the entire continent and next you are in a kind of reservation forgotten. This is more than criminal act 6his is genocide. Good bless you all.

The sad thing is …
The sad thing is that often people in Europe don´t know that reservations still exist. If they would have more knowledge about life conditions in the reservations they would be very astonished. People have other conceivabilities.

people do not …
people do not understand that so many of the “donations” collected for the rez’s do NOT even get to the people. glad that this video talks about that issue. people need to know how our homeless people, our peoples poverty is used to collect donations for personal gain, not for our peoples.
