I think what Reem Kelani meant was the fact that the Palestinian Authority did not use it, which is a shame, and that the Iraq that is under American control is using it instead.

We as Palestinians dont mind others use the anthem, but people (including the current Iraqi regime and the Palestinian PNA) should admit its origins.
