Is there a minimum electoral turnout in UK elections below which the winning party have no mandate to govern?

I ask this in light of the fact that the current government have given all my taxes to their super rich banker pals and the opposition party are the super rich banker pals. voting in the next election will seem like endorsing the whole sorry rip off. I’m hoping that there will be some lower limit that will force a coalition government so locked up in infighting that they are incapable of any legislative function. The current disasterous state of the country surely demonstrates that the best government is none at all.

Oh Pen it sounds like the Harper government here, you should read up on what’s been going on for the last three months in my part of the Empire. I can’t tell you what you’d like to know because I am a Happy Capitalist Pinko Fascist Liberal Socrate with Party du Quebecois tendencies who voted for the Green Party because I thought they would serve wheat beer and Ice wine at their conventions.
