What does the indictment of a sitting head-of-state, Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir,by the International Criminal Court (ICC) mean for sovereignty? Is the ICC jeopardizing the peace process or is there an immediate and legitimate mandate to seek justice?

    By far the most informative debate on the subject of the ICC and the President of the Sudan, on the net. As a Sudanese who hails from the troubled region of Darfuri, I learnt a great deal from the intro presented by this charming French sounding professor.
