At least one of your Founding Bloggers attended the Show Me Institute’s Blogging Conference in St. Louis this last weekend.
We did a little bit of filming there, and below are three clips from a panel made up of a few prominent St. Louis bloggers.
The first clip is of Jim Hoft from Gateway Pundit. He compares failing liberal media outlets to Alcoholics:
The second clip is of Dana Losche from The Dana Show. She comments on hidden bias vs. open bias.
The third clip is of John Loudon from St. Louis Tea Party Coalition

This morning, a “First 100 Daze” Protest protest was staged by members of The St. Louis Tea Party Coalition and other radical right-wingers as a greeting for President Barack Obama when he arrived at Fox High School in Arnold, Mo. Incredibly, Obama supporters were outnumbered at least 10 to 1 by members of the coalition — people who were against big government spending, ever-increasing tax burdens and overall poor stewardship of the nation. This is Part 2.
I went to Washington, D.C., on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009, to be one of many protesting the growth of government power, government spending and excessive taxation, government corruption and government usurpation of our rights. This needs to stop. I went to represent all liberty-loving people who believe in government limited by the United States Constitution. I went to represent those who think individuals are the answer to their own problems, and that government gets in the way of individuals’ success and causes more problems than it solves. I went to defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I believe authority rests in God, and he has given it and all natural rights to We the People to govern ourselves and our own life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. I pray to God, Our Father in Heaven, that this effort is successful and our guaranteed freedoms protected in the constitution are restored.
